6. Regular sources of information

Information is collected only from the data subject themselves, via the contact form on the website.

7. Regular disclosure of data

We do not disclose contact information to third parties, except when required by Finnish authorities.

8. Data retention period

Information submitted through the contact form is deleted from the register once it is no longer needed to handle the contact, and no later than five years after the contact has concluded.

9. Principles of register protection

Personal data is kept confidential. The network and equipment on which the register is stored are protected by a firewall and other necessary technical measures.
